I had a great Carwash experience! I love that they suppled cleaner and towels for the interior of your car. Dre was very helpful at the pay station and vacuum area! I will definitely be back!!

Zachary and Mike (Michael) were so incredibly helpful!! I’ve been coming to this car wash a lot over the years and I’ve never thought about a membership, but Mike completely sold me on it and Zachary went the extra mile to help me while I was vaccuming my car and I really appreciate it. Can't wait to see them both at my next visit, since I'm a member now!! ✨✨✨

I visited on 2/7 which was a busy Saturday. I purchased the most expensive option for $30 and my car did not come out clean - somehow it looked worse. The machine left tiger stripes on my side panels and a haphazard job in my tires. It’s like they sped it up on the weekend to make more money. I sent my complaint to their main website that same day, followed up one week after and have heard nothing back from them. 3/17 update: Customer Service finally responded to me after 5 weeks and refused to refund or offer a second wash to make right by what happened because I didn’t bring the attention to an employee before leaving. This review is staying up as a warning to all who go here. Bring your business elsewhere.

Avoid this place if you care about your car. My very first wash at Whistle Express Car Wash Atlanta at Moreland resulted in clear scratches and scuff marks on my vehicle, especially around the rear paint and tail-light area. My car went in clean and damage-free, and came out visibly scratched. I noticed it immediately after exiting the wash. Photos are attached for proof. This is not “normal wear” or minor swirl marks — this is actual paint damage from a single wash. A car wash should never scratch a vehicle, and the fact that this happened on my first visit shows serious issues with their brushes, equipment, or maintenance standards. I have filed an official incident report with this location, and I am currently waiting for a response and resolution. At this point, the lack of immediate accountability is just as frustrating as the damage itself. I will update this review once I receive an update from management. Until then, I strongly recommend staying away from this location if you value your car’s paint. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience.
